i have never seen 2600 used for 0200 before. that's unusual. maa ii wa. i'll work out the time difference and see if it's something i can actually listen to/record. :) thanks for the help on that one.

It's in military time. I know China, Taiwan, and Japan use military time in daily life.

wish we did here. :) that's all my department uses at work. i was just puzzled because i've never seen beyond 2400 before.
