You guessed it.....plot bunny

Should I be worried I have a vampire Sherlock Holmes/Horatio Caine bunny in my head/office????
I mean, really. Seriously. Should I be worried?
I am writing it, slowly, but I am writing it.
I just don't know. I think my plot bunnies are on drugs.

I would worship the ground you freaking walk on.

By the way, thanks to you I'm wondering if Spike can be a vampire and a dragon at the same time. ~headdesk~

I do what I can. I didn't make it to the Spike episodes with Buffy. They're too hard to find to rent here.
So that's a yes on the Holmes story then?? *grin*

A big yes to Vamp!Holmes! I love Saberhagen's Holmes/Dracula Files, and if you go by Doyle, Holmes was uncommonly strong so there isn't that much of a stretch. I think you could really make a case for him being vamped and make it great!

I'm a Spike/Xander fangirl, and if you really wanted to watch them I bet someone at bloodclaim would probably know where you could upload them or see them on YouTube. Personally I can't watch it anymore since there's way too much Spike/Buffy and not enough Spike/Xander so I tend to stick with the fan fiction. LOL I'm weird that way.

I just have this mental image of him backlit in the doorway with his gray eyes sparkling in the low light of his bedroom. *rolls eyes* And Jeremy Brett is my favorite Holmes, so it's a very clear image too.

I'll have to check that out. I'm in a moderately sized farming/university community. You'd think they'd have them for rent, but nooooo. No such luck. I did about die when I saw Carmine Giovinazzo in the pilot eppy though.

Brett was like, THE best Holmes ever. I have icons of him over on my Insane Journal. LOL

You're in the UK right? There's a big Buffydom WriterconUK going on this weekend in Reading. I'm not sure where really since I'm from the States, but I may be able to hook you up if you wanted once my friends get home on Monday.

Totally without doubt. I just blew a ton of money on his complete Holmes on DVD.
I wish I was in the UK. Nope, I'm up in Idaho near Washington State. *grin*
But my friends tell me there are days when I seem more British than American.

You use words like flat and yard so that's probably it. Then again I'll use arse and y'all in the same paragraph so I've got no room to say anything! LOL

OOH! Holmes DVDs? I'm jealous! That's cool!

And I don't even realize I'm doing it either. I use y'all quite a bit, my mum (see?) is from Mississippi so I've still got family there.

Oh they totally rock. I think my current favorite line is in "The Three Gables" when Jeremy Brett goes to take a bite of an apple, looks back and says, "he's broken our window" and throws the apple out. I just know it hit someone walking past on Baker Street. He's brilliant.

"The Speckled Band" has always been my favorite. I actually heard it on the radio when I was about four and fell in love with the story.

HEE! I always wondered what his neighbors thought when he started using his gun to put Queen Victoria's initials in the wall.

Have you ever seen ogeecons? They have oodles of mystery icons, including CSI NY and Holmes. Here's the link to one of their posts, the Holmes ones are at the bottom.

I like that one a lot too, except for the snake at the end. I hate snakes. *shudder*

I did a tag, for lack of a better word, off of the Musgrave Ritual. I just love the opening for that one when Watson is talking about all the quirks - the slipper, indoor target practice and the like.

I haven't but I'll check it out in a second. I love icons.

Holmes
You know the author Saberhagen wrote some books about Shelock HOlmes being related to Drakula right? :)
The HOlmes-Drakula Files was the first. Might want to add that to that long list of to-read. :)

I can totally see Holmes as a vampire. A roman vampire like Nico perhaps? ;)
