Sad strange little girl

I just got out of my criminal justice class. Technically its criminological theory and policies, but we're focusing more on terrorism and genocide as that's what the teacher is getting his PhD in. Today was a movie day on masculine values and how they shape perception and roles in society.
Here's where the sad strange part comes in.
The video had clips from other movies to make its point clear. In one of them there were two men fighting by a truck but the only thing I noticed was David Caruso trying to break up the fight. *sigh*
He looked good though. :)

David Caruso would look good doing just about anything IMO.

I don't know if he does or not. It was a documentary on violent behavior among males and how society puts pressure on them to be more "tough". But even with the three seconds of the movie, I'd know that red hair anywhere.

My teacher is from Africa working on his PhD at the neighboring university, so I don't know if he's seen Miami or not. :)

Who knows. The documentry is called "Tough Guise" and isn't bad, really. There are three American football players in the class who totally fit the stereotype the film is talking about. It's almost more fun to watch them.

Somehow I think that's true no matter which country you're in. Although my kid brother is a remarkable mature young man - 25 - but all of us are older than we are physically. If that makes any sense.

well it takes events & happenings to grow up..
some even till they are oldies they still behave like kids
likewise those that say 'im matured', they are usually the opposite =/

Ro and I both fall into the adults who act like kids category. Her more than me, there are times when I think I'm what's known as an "old soul", if you believe in reincarnation.
You're spot on with the analysis though. There are days I just want to Gibbs' smack people.

I had to stop myself from sitting up when I saw DC. *grin*
I'll keep my ears open in my forensic chem classes and see if the show(s) are mentioned. I'd doubt it though because our forensic program is brand new as of this term.

Just lucky I guess. This was from back in 1999 or 2000 because they were talking about the Columbine shootings being very recent.
